Chef’s Pride has been manufacturing premium-quality spice mixes, ready-to-cook pastes, sauces, and kitchen essentials since 1992. All products sold on this website are sold directly by Chef’s Pride.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by, any third party. You must not misuse this website by knowingly introducing viruses or other harmful material, or by attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site.

We make every effort to display our products and their prices as accurately as possible. However:
- Product images are for illustration purposes; actual packaging may vary slightly
- Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may be changed at any time without prior notice
- We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product ordered
- In the rare event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order through our website, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance — we may decline or cancel an order in cases such as stock unavailability, delivery address issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods made available at checkout.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframe communicated at checkout or by our customer support team. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Because our products are food items, we are only able to accept a return or offer a refund if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the product and packaging
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the Chef’s Pride name, logo, product packaging designs, photographs, and text — is owned by or licensed to Chef’s Pride and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any of this content without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chef’s Pride shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products, beyond the value of the order in question. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
